weighing approx.: (1) fixed section of 7,716 Ibs (3.5t); (3) removable sections weighing 4,850

SUPERSTRUCTURE ENGINE: Mercedes Benz OM904LA (EUROMOT 3a/ EPA / CARB /

Tier IV off highway) four cylinder, turbo charged diesel engine 173 hp (129 kW). Fuel tank:

integrated in chassis reservoir.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Two pump system, 4 simultaneous functions for crane operation.

One axial piston variable displacement pump (load sensing), and one gear pump for slewing:

pump pressure gauges in crane cab. Additional oil cooler for carrier and superstructure. Trailing

boom float kit (less dolly). Tank capacity 158 gallons (600 litres).

MAIN AND AUX. HOISTS: Axial piston motor with planetary reduction gear and automatic

multiple disc brake. Drum rotation indicators.

WIRE ROPE: 836.6 ft (255m) of 17mm diameter wire rope for main & auxiliary hoist.

SAFETY SYSTEMS: Hoist and lowering limit switch, check valves on load bearing cylinders,

pressure relief valves and wind speed indicator.

OUTRIGGERS: Four single stage hydraulically telescoping beams with 600mm vertical

cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine 422 hp (315 kW) with hourmeter, heavy duty air cleaner

with safety cartridge, electronic engine control, constant throttle engine brake, additional water

cooler. Fuel tank: 106 Gallons capacity with locking filler cap. Stainless steel exhaust on Tier 4i.

TRANSMISSION: Daimler Chrysler G 240-16 with EAS (Electronic Automatic Shift) 16

speeds. 2 speed transfer case.

SUSPENSION: MegatrakTM all wheel independent hydropneumatic suspension, hydraulic

lockout and automatic leveling system. Automatic interval-controlled central lubrication of struts

and steering lever journals.

BRAKES: Dual line full air on all wheels, conforming to EC regulations. Pneumatically

operated spring-loaded emergency/parking brake on axles 2 and 4. Anti-lock braking system.

TIRES: Eight 445/95 R25 Michelin on / off highway radial tires

LIGHTS: 24v system. Full lighting package (includes: head, rear, brake, rear fog, reverse,

hazard, directional indicators and reflectors) conforming to EC regulations. Halogen spotlight

CHASSIS CAB: Steel two-man left hand drive. Fully adjustable driver seat with pneumatic
