Business Development manager for Spain, Portugal, Italy, France

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Sales of industrial knuckle boom cranes, and railway cranes.
* Define budget targets of sales distributors. 
* Monitor, regulate, coach and develop the local distributor's sales processes in designated markets.
* Support distributors in line with business plans to further strengthen customer relationships. 
* Train and continuously support sales personnel in effective use of sales tools. 
* Travel time up to approximately 50%. 
* CRM control. 
* Working with CEO and sales director to develop customer value plans to secure and grow market share in line with account development strategy. 
* Ensure company targets and objectives. 
* Effectively and constantly analyze the business, development of the business within the assigned area and detect future trends to drive business development. 
* Market and customer knowledge. 
* Business developer mindset.

Load Handling Business Unit

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Make sure business sustainability and profitability through the sale of spare parts, service and maintenance. 
* Coordinate the sales team to ensure sales and market development.
* Creation of Sales Performance Indicators.
* CRM control. 
* KPI control.
* Make a Sales work schedule . 
* Field Visits to customers .
* Contact with suppliers and customers.
* Budgets and commercial analysis.
* Analysis of claims from customers.
* Enforce compliance with all procedures and support the technical and commercial team in meeting its objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Sales of Cranes, spare parts, services and maintenance.
* Customer technical support, 
* Constant traveling to customer’s location.
* Commissioning and on-site troubleshoots of machinery, 
* Working closely to customer and area Manager. 
* Fulfil monthly sales objectives. 
* Monitor sales assistants.
* Claims from customers.
