Last week three SC&RF WORKFORCE AMBASSADORS shared during the SC&RA's Crane & Rigging Workshop session - Strategies for a Winning Workforce. ✨ Dave Hull shared the story of how Brooke House was founded and how Manitowoc supports this nonprofit and also trains and employs the women who come out of the program. ✨ Meghan McNally spoke about McNally-Nimergood's involvement with a variety of local community groups focused on getting the next generation into the trades, her classroom visits, and field trips to their facility. ✨ Kristin Chose from Ideal Crane talked about large-scale collaboration within a community to build awareness for the trades and the crane industry - Kids Building Wisconsin - attracting 10,000 attendees.
