Saez TLS 65 10T
Descripción de la publicación
The Saez TLS65 10t is a great crane that competes closely with the Potain 219 and the Comedil 182. I bought this crane new in 2017. It's ran on four jobs with no major issues. The biggest issue has been a bearing failure on the trolley tip sheave. That's six years with nothing to speak of. And that's how it is with Saez Cranes. Erecting the crane is a 4-5 person job. With seven we have erected this crane in 3.5 hours. Lifting points on each piece make it so you can lift with single shackle and send the piece with a short tagline. From the truck to the erectors in minutes without double handling. We would often erect this with three people in 6 hours. The 22,000 lbs hoist makes for light work of everything we run into in mid-rise construction. This crane has a zoning system built in so you can be safe when working around power lines. The higher speed hoist limits are controlled by the inverter. It's two lifts to set the limits on the crane and done. The monoblock anchors you can get for these are set in 20-30 minutes on a screw jack system. It's anchorage that weights in at under 2000 lbs. Level across the bolt bosses after elevation is provided and it's set. You don't have to shoot for plumb on a Saez Crane as it's controlled from the horizontal. But if you do, we have typically found that we have been out less than a 1/2 inch at 130' consistently with this process. I'm able to help with the erecting and dismantling process for a buyer. I can also help with support. There is a US dealer for parts and the factory is responsive and in English. This crane has working lights, transformer, AC, remote control. It's a gem of a crane.
