Skilled Trades are being talked about in every school. The perceptions are changing, it's true. The next generation is watching. LET THEM KNOW SO WE CAN GROW If the next generation of the workforce doesn't "know" their options - they are much less likely to fall into a career in crane, rigging, and heavy haul. Even within construction career days and CTE Construction curriculum --- the careers and opportunities for riggers, operators, drivers, and project managers who handle the award-winning SC&RA Job of the Year projects are just not highlighted. It's up to each company and every employee to invite the Graduating class of 2036 to consider a career in the #skilledtrades. Last month a local high school student chose NessCampbell Crane + Rigging for their job shadow project. We were able to safely show him a lift in Downtown Portland with our 210 Ton Link-Belt ATC-3210 AT Crane.
